According to Standard EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Management Board of Autocesta ZAGREB - MACELJ Ltd. has chosen and decided to implement the following quality policy for:
SERVICE DELIVERY OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT FOR MOTORWAY ZAGREB - MACELJ
- Employ a professional and ambitious staff, providing and encourage continuous training of all employees
- Obtain the latest equipment, maintain the infrastructure of motorway Zagreb - Macelj and its environment for the safe use of all motorway users within legal and security aspects
- Foster and develop partnerships with customers and honest professional relationships with suppliers
- Set up ambitious, measurable and achievable goals of quality
- Implement and improve the effectiveness of quality management system based on the requirements of the International Standard EN ISO 9001:2015, and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Croatia.
