Where can I purchase and recharge AZM Card?

AZM Card can be purchased and recharged on all manual toll lanes and on point of sale in front of TS Zaprešić (by cash, credit and debit cards).

Also, Smart Card can be purchased and recharged by purchase order sent on fax no. +385(0) 1 3689 620, after receiving AZM offer you make payment on AZM bank account.

Deposit is 3,00 EUR for the first purchase.

Is there a discount for purchase / recharge of the AZM Card?

For I and II vehicle class discount is 25% for minimal payment in amount of 30,00 EUR.

For III and IV vehicle class discount is 13% for minimal payment in amount of 250,00 EUR.

What are the working hours of points of sales?

Manual toll lines are opened 0 - 24, and point of sale on TS Zaprešić works from Monday - Wednesday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00 (pause 11:00 - 11:30), Tuesday - Thursday 10:00 - 18:00 (pause 13:00 - 13.30).

How can I get Invoice for application of VAT return?

Invoice for application of VAT return for purchase / recharge of the Smart Card will be sent after payment. You may asked for the invoice for tolls paid by cash, credit or debit cards directly from the toll supervisor or afterwards by sending original toll receipts to the following addresses: Autocesta Zagreb - Macelj d.o.o., Garićgradska 18, 10 000 Zagreb.

Where can I ask for approval to transport special cargo on the motorway?
